Recycling recovers this waste, grinds them and combines it with synthetic fibres and polyester fabric before blending everything into one soft material. A special finish is applied for a unique feel and colouring. This innovative technique uses about 90% less water than traditional full-grain leather production and dramatically reduces the carbon footprint in the process.
